Return & Refund Policy

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Free from stains, odours or damage

• Returned in their original packaging with all tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Refunds

After your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the incorrect or damaged item was received.
